The strengthening of the organizational and operational structure of emerging agrifood businesses has taken a decisive step forward through the in-person bootcamps of the AgroHub project, an initiative led by Zamorano University and BID Lab. This acceleration program, known as Ruta AgriFoodTech, is facilitated by Prendho, the incubator of the Universidad T\u00e9cnica Particular de Loja (UTPL). The event also received essential support from AGEXPORT in Guatemala and FUSADES in El Salvador as local strategic partners.
