Our educational methodology is based on combining practical work with solid foundations in science, technology, and research in new technologies applied to sustainable food agroindustry. It integrates knowledge in basic sciences, agricultural sciences, food science and engineering, as well as industrial engineering, management, and process administration. This training enables the application of such knowledge in food processing, human nutrition, commercialization, and value addition, as well as in managerial and quality management aspects.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
