Zamorano University welcomed Carlos Eduardo Cordero Montoya, Executive Director of the National Migration Institute (INM) of Honduras, along with his team, for a high-level visit aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration and improving migration processes for the university community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The visit focused on creating a space for dialogue and collaboration around shared priorities, as well as reviewing administrative procedures related to special residency permits for students and staff.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As part of the agenda, university leadership held an executive meeting with INM representatives to explore opportunities to enhance migration management and emphasize the importance of more efficient, streamlined processes that respond to the needs of a diverse and international academic community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This visit is especially significant given that a large portion of the Zamorano University community comes from across Latin America and other regions.
