Tegucigalpa, Honduras - July 30, 2024 - Zamorano is pleased to announce the launch of the\n\u201cYouth in Sciences\u201d program designed to inspire and motivate young hondurans in the\nexciting field of research and science.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This pioneering initiative seeks to bring seventh, eighth and ninth grade students to high-level\neducational experiences that allow them to explore various scientific disciplines through hands-on workshops, laboratory visits and interactive activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The program, which addresses areas such as biology, chemistry, entomology and animal\nreproduction, is structured to not only provide advanced technical knowledge, but also to foster\nscientific curiosity and cultivate critical skills such as investigation and problem solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are planting a seed for the formation of future honduran scientists and researchers, which\nis crucial to promote the development of science and knowledge in the country, ensuring a\nfuture of innovation and sustainable progress that will better address the future challenges of\nthe country's agri-food sector,\u201d said Sergio Rodr\u00edguez Royo, Zamorano's president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The project's goal is to benefit students from various educational centers in the municipality of\nSan Antonio de Oriente during the year 2024, providing them with access to cutting-edge\nresources and skills development. By 2025, it will seek to expand the reach and impact in more\ncommunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
